Frank De Pasquale, a powerhouse of a restaurateur, was born in the Campania region of Italy and came to the United States in 1955. His passion is for all the best from the country he loves -- Italy's food, wine, culture, fashion and history. He has opened up 28 successful establish- ments up and down the East Coast. From trattorias and award-winning Italian restau- rants, to nightclubs, ultra lounges, magazines and gelaterias, it's been a lifetime of commitment.
